What is WIDE

In electronic components, WIDE is a term commonly used for display-related components of electronic devices.

WIDE means a wide viewing angle, and indicates the ability to view wide from left to right or up and down on the screen.

For example, WIDE LCDs offer a wider viewing angle than typical LCDs, allowing several people to view a larger screen at once.

WIDE monitors also have a wider aspect ratio than typical monitors, allowing you to view more information at once.

WIDE is also used as an abbreviation for WiDE (or Wideband Integrated Digital Enhanced Network), one of the wireless communication technologies used in electronic devices.

WiDE is a high-performance wireless communication technology that can transmit both voice and data, and operates in a manner similar to CDMA.

Therefore, in electronic components, the term WIDE is mainly used for screen-related components, but it can also be used for wireless communication technology.
